What are the payment options?
At Zaque, you can pay with iDEAL, credit card, or pay afterwards. Are you missing a payment method? Please contact us; we'd be happy to see if we can offer your requested payment method.
RETURNS
How long after receipt can I return my order?
An item can always be returned within 14 days, the costs are for your own account (Please note! Shipping costs can be high due to the volume of the product!). If an item is defective or deviates significantly, we kindly ask you to contact us by e-mail or phone; we will always come up with a suitable solution. For a defective/deviant item, we appreciate receiving a photo of the item if possible.
Can I return my item(s)?
An item can always be returned within 14 days, and the costs are for your own account. The costs incurred for shipping your package will not be reimbursed, except for a defective item. If an item is defective, we kindly ask you to contact us by e-mail or phone; we will always come up with a suitable solution. For a defective item, we appreciate receiving a photo of the defective item if possible.
INFORMATION REGARDING WARRANTY, RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@zaque.nl. We will then refund the owed order amount within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
Exceptions to returns
State here the exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Also, clearly indicate with the item itself that it cannot be returned by the consumer once ordered. Please note: Exclusion from the right of withdrawal is only possible for products: a. when the seal is broken, these products are not returnable; b. that have been created by the entrepreneur according to the consumer's specifications; c. that are clearly personal in nature; d. that cannot be returned due to their nature; e. that can spoil or age quickly; f. price dependent on fluctuations in the financial market; g. for loose newspapers and magazines; h. for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
Warranty
1. The delivered item must possess the properties that the customer can expect under normal use based on the agreement. This also applies to special use, insofar as this was foreseen by the parties when concluding the agreement.
2. The entrepreneur guarantees that the delivered item complies with the specifications stated in the offer. If the delivery of an ordered good proves to be impossible, the entrepreneur will make such efforts as reasonableness and fairness dictate to make a replacement item available.
3. The entrepreneur is responsible to the customer for the proper fulfillment of the guarantee promised by the manufacturer of the delivered item at the time of purchase.
SHIPPING
When will my order be delivered?
Fixed rate: Your order is custom-made, so we have a delivery time of up to three weeks.
Not home? We always coordinate with you when your order can best be delivered. These are always volume products and therefore large transport. This is why we cannot deliver the package to neighbors. If the package is returned to Zaque due to not being home/not picking up the package on time, we are unfortunately forced to charge the shipping costs for the second shipping attempt.

Can I come and view the item?

Can I also pick up my order for free?
