RETURNS
How long after receipt can I return my order?
You can always return an item within 14 days, at your own expense (Note: Shipping costs can be high due to the volume of products!) . If an item is defective or significantly different, please contact us by email or phone. We will always find a suitable solution. If your item is defective or different, we would appreciate receiving a photo of the item in question, if possible.

You can always return an item within 14 days; you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping costs for your package are not reimbursed, except for defective items. INFORMATION ABOUT WARRANTY, RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@zaque.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
Return Exceptions
Please state here any exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Also clearly indicate on the item itself that it cannot be returned before the consumer orders it. Please note: Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products: a. if the seal is broken, these products are not returnable; b. that have been created by the entrepreneur according to the consumer's specifications; c. that are clearly personal in nature; d. that cannot be returned due to their nature; e. that can spoil or become obsolete quickly; f. price subject to fluctuations in the financial market; g. for individual newspapers and magazines; h. for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
Warranty
1. The delivered item must possess the properties the customer may expect under the agreement under normal use. This also applies to special use, insofar as this was anticipated by the parties upon entering into the agreement.
2. The entrepreneur guarantees that the delivered item meets the specifications stated in the offer. If delivery of an ordered item proves impossible, the entrepreneur will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement item.
3. The entrepreneur is responsible to the customer for ensuring that the warranty promised by the manufacturer of the delivered item upon purchase is properly fulfilled.

When will my order be delivered?
Fixed price: Your order is custom-made, so we have a delivery time of a maximum of one week.
Are you not at home? We'll always agree on the best time for your order to be delivered. These are always bulky items and therefore require large transport. For this reason, we cannot deliver the package to your neighbors. If the package is returned to Zaque due to a non-attendance or late pickup, we will unfortunately be forced to charge the shipping costs for the second delivery attempt.

Can I also collect my order for free?
