How can you file a complaint?

Handling your complaint

After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us within 2 working days . We aim to handle your complaint within 7 days of receipt and to offer a suitable solution. If more time is needed to investigate your complaint, we will inform you of this and give an indication of the expected response time.
